Enabling Connected Services is like having a personal assistant for your Mazda. The MyMazda app lets you access your vehicle's health report, remotely start your engine,1 lock and unlock the doors and trunk, and a lot more — all through your mobile device.

The Mazda MX-30 EV, CX-90 PHEV and CX-70 PHEV come with additional features unique to electric vehicles. These include charge state indicator, remote charging start and stop and remote climate control.

All Connected Services are complimentary for the first two years of ownership.

Connected Services utilizes a built-in cellular data connection between your Connected Services-equipped Mazda vehicle and your MyMazda smartphone app. Once configured, users have access to a range of helpful and intuitive features from virtually anywhere, including:

  • Monitoring vehicle status: whether or not doors are locked or unlocked, headlights are on or off, trunk is closed and locked, etc.
  • Remote start from much farther away than key fob-activated remote start systems.1
  • Vehicle Finder function to more easily find your vehicle – especially helpful when parked in large, crowded parking lots.

Safety is paramount to all we do at Mazda. In order to ensure customer safety in the event of a vehicle theft, the vehicle location will only be shared with the responsible government authorities.

This SVA feature is aimed at assisting the government authorities by providing vehicle live tracking information on a periodic basis. Once the feature is activated, Mazda Canada may track location, direction of travel and other vital information that will help the government authorities track the vehicle. The retrieval of the vehicle, however, is still a responsibility of the local government authorities.
